Renae provides oversite and direction for the Billing Managers and Regional Business Office Directors to ensure successful outcomes for Accounts Receivable and DSO for all facilities supported by our organization. She develops methods of process improvement to expedite cash flow, limiting denials and lost revenue, interprets and communicates reporting trends, and works with internal and external vendors to make key decisions ensuring revenue cycle goals are achieved.

With over 23 years of experience in healthcare, including acute care hospitals and psychiatric hospitals (inpatient and out-patient), and 12 years focused on SNF/LTC, her professional interests focus on identifying trends in reimbursement, finding best practices and implementing them within the AR team, and empowering and supporting staff as they grow.

Renae holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Virginia Intermont College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, reading and volunteering in her local community.
