Cyndi has over 25 years of experience in senior living, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. During her most recent 20-year tenure in the industry, Cyndi served as a Business Office Manager, Financial Controller, Director of Facility Financial Support, Acquisitions Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and President for a skilled nursing company based in Chattanooga, TN. In addition, she also held the position of Managing Director of a senior living mezzanine financing, a sister company to the SNF management company. Cyndi’s experiences in the financial and operational areas of the senior living industry give her the ability to recognize the entire scope of opportunity and implement best practices and innovative programs for the success of the communities supported by Prema Financial Solutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Webber International University. Cyndi is a two-time Iron Man and an avid runner, swimmer, cyclist and Buffalo Bills football fan.
